Traditional Fitting

Time-honoured fitting methods focused on building trust, respect, and harmony between horse and rider.
I specialise in Traditional Western and western tree English and Baroque saddles fittings. Please note I do not do traditional English saddle flocking and repairs.

Additional mileage at 55p per mile which is shared if I have multiple appointments in the area.

* 13 amp power and access for my vehicle no further away than 30m from the horse is required for this service.

Post fitting service - I assess your chosen saddle either at your yard or at a saddle shop using the template and assisting your purchase decision.

Saddle Sourcing - I keep the template and attempt to source a suitable saddle that fits from our Saddle Bank or from The Western Saddler and other contacts in my network up to your defined budget.
Post fitting service - I bring a chosen saddle either to your yard and we assess together. You make your purchase decision. No extra charge if you decline the saddle chosen.
